1. Who we are
wefundcars is the vehicle-finance website associated with Pistor Ventures. We currently use Bondly’s contact channels. Pistor Ventures’ exact registered entity details and registration number are still to be confirmed.

2. What this preview stores
This version is a fictional demonstration. Use sample details only, including names, ID numbers, contact details and financial amounts. Do not enter real personal information or confidential documents.
The prototype keeps demo profiles, saved cars, enquiries, Deals, document labels, consent choices and activity in your browser’s session storage. It also remembers the last Buyer workflow page. Sample attachments do not upload real files. The Google demo button does not connect to Google, and the Verification PIN does not send an SMS.
The demo does not submit Applications or document contents to a Lender. Opening a webpage still sends ordinary network requests to the server serving that page; this notice does not promise that hosting logs are absent.
3. The intended live service
Before a live service launches, this notice must be completed to describe its actual data collection and providers. The planned journey uses identity and contact details, employment and financial information, vehicle details, Offers to Purchase, supporting documents, consent records and Deal activity to prepare and track a vehicle-finance Application.
Affordability processing, sending an enquiry and sharing with a Lender are separate purposes. Their consent prompts must explain the information involved and its recipients. Confirming figures is not permission to share them. A Dealer’s access to a shared result is a separate choice.
5. Storage, retention and clearing the demo
Use “Reset sample data” in the workspace to replace the demo records with their starting examples. Signing out removes demo role access but does not erase the saved example records. To remove the records and remembered steps completely, clear this site’s browser storage. Session storage normally ends with the tab session, but browser session restoration can retain it.
A production retention schedule, deletion process, provider list and security arrangements have not yet been approved. No specific retention period or storage location is promised here. Withdrawing a Deal and requesting deletion are separate actions; permitted retention requirements must be explained in the live policy.
6. Privacy requests and concerns
Contact privacy@bondly.co.za to ask about access, correction, deletion or an objection concerning personal information you have provided to the team. Please describe your request without sending an ID document or bank statement in the first message. Verification may be needed before a request can be handled.
You can also consult the South African Information Regulator’s complaints process if you believe your personal information has been handled unlawfully. Rights and requests are subject to the applicable requirements.
7. Before live launch
This draft needs confirmation of the registered entity, responsible-party and Information Officer details, actual service providers, retention periods, security and incident processes, and the final live consent wording. The current demo remains a preview until those arrangements and the live integrations are ready.
